Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the crazytime platform (crazytimeapp.cam) and all services, games, betting sections, and payment processes under it. In these Terms, "we", "platform", or "crazytime" refers to the entity operating the service, and "user" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

By accessing the crazytime platform, the user is considered to have read every clause of these Terms and to have accepted them in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

When opening an account on crazytime, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account may be opened per national ID card or passport. The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration will be used as the basis for identity verification in the future.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before the first withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain amount, crazytime may ask the user to complete an identity verification process. A clear copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence will be required. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 One Person, One Account

A single person may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, crazytime reserves the right to forfeit the balance and bonuses of all associated accounts and permanently close them.

Age Limit and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities on crazytime are for persons aged 21 or above only. By registering, the user confirms that they are 21+ years old and residing in Bangladesh. If false information is provided about age, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited without refund.

Account Security

Accessing an account through a third party, or allowing someone else to use your account, is prohibited. crazytime is not liable for any loss arising from third-party use. All transactions and bets made from an account will be treated as the account holder's own actions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on crazytime is ৳100. Accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The payment method and name provided at the time of deposit must match the details registered on the account.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5.3 Transaction Verification

crazytime reserves the right to review any transaction. If fraud or irregularity is suspected, the relevant payment may be temporarily held and additional documents may be requested.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors will receive a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and before withdrawing that bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Conditions for Other Bonuses

Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and minimum deposit requirement. A bonus is used only after the account's real-money balance is exhausted. Withdrawal using only the bonus balance is not permitted before the wagering requirements are met.

• Every bet made from the bonus balance counts toward the wagering requirement.
• crazytime reserves the right to set different contribution rates for bonuses on specific games.
• It is not possible to accept another bonus of the same type while one is already active.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Cancellation

A user may cancel an active bonus at any time; however, all winnings earned from that bonus will also be cancelled.

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been successfully confirmed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains unclear due to a technical issue, crazytime reserves the right to review it and cancel it if necessary.

7.2 Casino Games

The outcomes of live casino and slot games are determined by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer. The rules of the game provider are final. In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the server's record.

7.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, event results will be settled based on official scores or recognised sources. If an event is cancelled or postponed, crazytime reserves the right to refund the stake on that bet or recalculate the odds.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crazytime:

• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Colluding with other users to gain bonus or system advantages.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the crazytime system or servers.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotion benefits.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension or Closure

10.1 By crazytime

In the event of a breach of the Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to complete identity verification, crazytime reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Whether the balance of a permanently closed account is returned depends on the reason for the closure.

10.2 By the Member

Any member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Pending withdrawals and active bonuses will be settled before the request is processed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the crazytime platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of the operating entity or relevant third parties. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify these materials.

Game software and content are the intellectual property of the respective game providers and are operated under their own licences.

Limitation of Liability

crazytime is not liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server failures, or disruptions to third-party services. Services may be interrupted in unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Changes to Terms
